Hi Everyone,

Welcome to my Blog.. I decided I needed to start one of these as its probably going to get very hectic when I'm in Switzerland and there will be so much to tell you all and it will get very lonely :-(. So keep tuned and hopefully there will be lots of exciting stuff to tell you and show you.

Im still in the planning process at the moment.. The only thing thats set in stone is that im going to do a course.. Swiss Pastry and Chocolate Art, which will be amazing. I have not yet got a return date to Australia so the possibilities are endless...

If anyone has been to Northern Europe or down to Greece, Spain, Croatia I would love your opinions as to what I should see and if I should actually visit those countries. As I said there are so many decisions I have to make and its not easy but it is so exciting, I would love your feedback
